Return/ Refunds Policy


Due to the fragile nature of balloons all sales on balloons are final once they leave our hands  - either pick up , set up or delivery.

We are unable to determine there viability especially because they respond to elements like temperature differently.

However , we ask that you 

- travel with them in vehicles that are cool in summer and not extremely cold in winter 

-bring them out of the carry bags as soon as you get to your destination - recommended not more than 1 hour . Or as directed by us.

- keep your balloons in room temperature

- away from cold & heat

- far from things like sharp objects, chandeliers, lightings, and pop corn roofing  

All our latex helium filled balloons are treated for extra life with Hi-Float .

For preordered items - where the events are cancelled or date move, we do our best to ensure availability for newly scheduled dates and times where possible, however where not possible or when event is cancelled, we provide store credit you can use for within 12 months.

If a pick up is requested and the balloons are not picked up on the desired date, we are unable to provide a refund. If the balloons have begun to deflate, you will be charged for the reinflation. 

Baskets & Gifts

Our baskets and gifts orders are final sale.  If you do not need an order anymore , We provide you store credit for future use.

You can use our store credit within 12 months

Balloons ordered by 9.00am EST on weekdays for Local Milton & Area Deliveries will be delivered same day. Orders for postal codes outside of Milton & Area will be delivered next day or as required . Delivery time window for all orders will be communicated by email. (Conditions may apply)
